You don't normally see a Union Pacific train crossing this bridge, because it's the Willamette River crossing on BNSF's Fallbridge Sub in north Portland.

This UP manifest is using trackage rights on its way out of Portland Terminal's Lake Yard.

The viewpoint is the Willamette Boulevard overcrossing in the St. John's neighborhood in north Portland
