The "Wizard of Oz" reference is for the train that Norfolk Southern SD60 #6554 is leading through CP Boylan in Raleigh, N.C. -- a unit train of molten sulfur tank cars.

The SD60 and two C40-9Ws are bringing the train through the CSX-NS interlocking. At Southern Junction, several blocks north, the train will swing off the joint CSX/NS paired track and onto the former Norfolk Southern RR line through downtown Raleigh.

The view is from the Boylan Street overpass, which crosses above the interlocking. It is an excellent trainwatching and photo platform for both railroads passing through the city.
