I saw this car at Millinocket on the MMA yesterday. What I can't figure out is why no one saw the car being painted since the taggers had to have used ladders or staging. The only good thing I can say is that they were very careful to avoid painting over the reporting marks etc since they know that the railroad would be obliged to immediately overpaint their "art".
