Mount Hood Railroad #2923 "Multnomah Falls" is a former Long Island RR P72 commuter coach, one of several acquired by Iowa Pacific Holdings for use on its several properties around the U.S.

The car has had one of its end vestibules modified as an open observation platform for service on the Mount Hood's excursion trains.
