Spokane, Portland & Seattle 4-8-4 #700 has its steam up for a Lerro Productions photo charter at the Oregon Pacific RR yard in southeast Portland.

The big Northern, which is owned by the city of Portland and cared for by the Pacific Railroad Preservation Association, pulled a three-car train with PRPA crew car #23, former NP "Lewis and Clark Travellers Rest" lounge #498, and OPR office car "Niles".
