NS OCS between South Ferry and North Ferry

Here we see the NS OCS between South Ferry and North Ferry. At this point, the OCS is right on the tails of H2W and giong to pass him at Boyle's Siding in Herdon, PA. The OCS was powered by NS 4270, NS 4275, NS 4276, and NS 4271. They were hauling 10 empty business cars to Buffalo, NY.
