Here we see NS train H2W at Roberts Valley Road in Rockville, PA. H2W passed the OCS on the Rockville Bridge becasue of the lack of a new crew. H2W was powered by two SD38's, NS 3805 and NS 3818. These two engines would have problems becasue of their 140 car train and later let the OCS pass at Boyle's Siding in Herndon, PA.
