P&W works around derailment

P&W 2215, 3008 and 3901 lead 37 cars from 'the thread city' south-east out the Willimantic Branch on the east side of the Shetucket River at the Rt. 203 grade crossing in the late afternoon sun. Although the crossing is protected by lights, the crew brought the extra to a stop to permit an employee to manually flag traffic in compliance with a 'stop and protect' rule..
