The NH Fairbanks Morse Road Switcher is on the bridge straddling the Rhode Island - Massachusetts border and the "shoreline". The train is heading for East Providence on the P&W line from Valley Falls to the Wilkesbarre Pier. I'm standing in Rhode Island - Massachusetts is on the other side of the tracks and bridge.
