Norfolk Southern 21T crossing Rockville Bridge, PA

Norfolk Southern 21T crosses the Susquehanna River on Rockville Bridge (Marysville, PA) and heads west at 4:16 pm on Saturday, June 27, 2009. This is a great spot to watch trains and is located just north of the bridge on the west shore of the river. A new bed and breakfast recently opened just south of this location (on the other side of the bridge). For photographers, this spot becomes magnificent in the late afternoon when the sun swings around to the north allowing well-lit photography of the bridge. Speaking of the sun, this was pretty much the first sunny day in almost a month as four straight weeks of rain drenched the entire Northeast.
