BEST BY FAR...!!!!

This was always my favorite Railroad. It went all up and down the Maine coast, deep into the Maine woods, and best of all was the Mountain Division. I live in Pennsylvania, and I was lucky to catch this train sitting on a siding in Enola. I love the old paint scheme. I have many good memories from the 60's and 70's of these old cars rolling into St. Johnsbury. The trains were not long, nor even remotely fast, but it usually took four locomotives to pull them through the mountains. Those trains did not enter town quietly.
