It turned out to be the Portsmouth Navy Switcher! It was sitting on the interchange track. The cars infront completely blocked me from getting a good shot but I still got one none the less! It seemed like a bad day for shots today because I had to use the digital zoom quite a bit! That reduced the quality of a lot of pictures...
