MOW #83

Wedge type snow plow built for the LIRR by Cooke Locomotive Works of Paterson, NJ.
MOW #83 was repainted from LIRR Orange to MTA yellow and blue by an employee who painted the shark teeth on the plow. He almost lost his job for doing so. He didnt, but the plow was called Jaws III ever since.
Now owned by the Railroad Museum of Long Island, Greenport, NY.
