Fall seems to change locomotive colors as well as the Leaves

A little Foreign power for the Allentown Local today. This morning around noon I heard the train coming into washington and the air horn sounded unusual, so I decided to take a little stroll up the railroad tracks and to my delight I stumbled apon a Wisconsin Central SD45 and a Norfolk Southern GP50. The locomotive number on the WC was 7531.
