Tunnel motors in Quebec? Must be the leap year! Already used to SP SD45's on the Quebec Gatineau and former SR GP40X's on the St Lawrence & Atlantic, nothing is surprising on Quebec regionals. Owned by W&LE, the two SD40-2T's had arrived the previous day.
