This view you are looking at is in downtown Augusta, Me. the ROW you see here I believe is buried or removed. In the distance on the left you can see a sign that shows the track crossing,it says "exempt" The signals are still there too but the only thing that crosses this row now is cars; it's been turned into a parking lot! However if you walked down a few thousnad feet from here new rails are being put into place..hello? mabye the people replacing the rails can't see this far?
