CP in Northern Vermont, Again!

No this isn't the early 90's. Its the First day of July 2006! A special Southbound CP Extra Ballast train with rebuilt Geep-9s and 43 empties heads for Newport Center and eventually Newport Yard for a recrew and southbound run over WACR to be loaded at Lyndonville. The train would later run over NECR, GMRC and VTR to Whitehall to be handed over to CP (D&H).... I must note on this perfectly sunny day, that a cloud formed over me in North Troy and followed me all the way to Newport. Of Course...
