Great picture! Looks like a lot of empty CP newsprint box cars returning north to Maine/New Brunswick, I guess?

It is still hard to comprehend all this traffic on a relatively obscure branch of the New Haven extending into PC days and how this route was "rationalized" out of existence prior to Conrail. Nice that this portrait also captures a duo of ex-NH RS-11s not too mention the GP-9 still in NH paint. Nice well-lit, elevated view that catches a waving observer..
