Conrail Freight Headed for the Corning Secondary at Lyons NY - 1

On a very cold snowy day in 1978 in upstate NY, a Conrail manifest led by a GP38/GP40 combo, presumably originating at Frontier Yard Buffalo, has come off the Water Level main at Lyons and will shortly be heading south toward Geneva, Seneca Lake, Corning, and perhaps points further south.
