Parked Cars on Inner Belt Rd

These cars are still parked on this short branch that parallels New Washington St in Somerville, AND the MBTA Lowell Line. The tracks are rebuilt and look like they are in perfect condition. I thought I heard that they were going to run the gravel train through here because it was easier than running it down the Haverhill Line. But years go by and still parked cars sit. Are they ever going to run trains on these tracks? If so, it will be a great spot for filming!
