NYC #90 the Chicagoan stops at Syracuse

My father captured eastbound #90 led by an E8A/E7A combo at its 10 minute station stop at the New York Central's majestic downtown station at Syracuse in the winter of 1959. NYC would abandon the 5 miles of passenger only track and station in downtown Syracuse by summer of 1962 so that a highway could be built (today's I-690). NYC\\\'s July 1959 timetable shows 12 e/w passenger trains in each direction, including the combined Commodore Vanderbilt/20th Century Ltd, passed through the station. And there was also twice daily connecting service to Watertown and Massena.
