NA-1 503 @ Nashua

This was the second high/wide special big transformer move on the Northern Main within a month. Here was the NA-1 Crew storing the transformer consist on the "105 North Track" for the time being.

MEC 517 is the engine in the left background connected to a cut of Ciment Quebec cars. The NA-1 Crew went south with 503, 517, and about 30 empties to NC with 503 remaining as the road power for Nashua.

On Wednesday 1/4, the NA-1 Crew took the transformer north to the former Martin (Martin's Ferry) Station in Hooksett where it was offloaded near the Southern NH University parking lot on Depot Road.

The big transformer's final destination by truck would be Hampton.
