PAS LLC will continue to exist as owner of the property at least as long as CSX (or a successor party should CSX sell its stake) and NS jointly own it. PAS trains, like CSX/Pan Am Railways trains east of CPF-312 Littleton continue to use crews operating under Springfield Terminal labor agreements. Once G&W/B&E have successfully negotiated with ST crews to sign a new labor agreement, PAS crews will then be B&E employees. Similarly, ST personnel on-boarded by CSX for east of CPF-312 will eventually have to agree to CSX labor agreement. Completion date for this transition is not certain...
