It sat on the ground most of the late winter but crews put it up a bit ago. The 3 position lights are nice and bright compared to the removed one.

Do you know what the illuminated "C" means?

Google says it means "clear til the next interlocking"
Maybe someone else can clarify

I have never seen the "C" aspect lit up yet.
