Treasure of the Valley Railroad

Engineer of Valley RR #97 is guided back for the hitch on the next run from Essex. What a beautifully maintained 2-8-0 with its shiny boiler jacket, white and gold striping and polished bell. Valley Railroad does it right as an operating museum.

Photographed by Ron DeFilippo, 2008.
Added to the photo archive by Ron DeFilippo, February 20, 2022.
Railroad: Valley Railroad.
