This photo looks older than it is!

If I hadn't taken this low quality photo with my inexpensive Kodak Instamatic camera, at first glance I would have guessed the capture date would have been ~1959 when DL&W trains started using the Erie side between Corning and Binghamton (of course the EL nose diamond belies that!). But I took the photo in 1965 or '66 in the final years of the Phoebe Snow's life on the EL. There's a good sized crowd awaiting eastbound #2's arrival a few minutes after 1pm at Owego. But it's the 1952 (?) Chevy that makes the photo!
