Eastbound Conrail Freight Stopping for a Crew Change

The eastbound Conrail mixed freight led by CR 6560 and CR 6573 (C30-7A's) has stopped just west of the small yard at Quist Road in Amsterdam, NY. The crew off CR 1968, which had been working the yard east of Quist Rd. is on the ground prepared to relieve the crew on CR 6560, which apparently was short on time to make Selkirk. AMTK 461 and AMTK 462 (F59PHI's) are riding along right behind the road power.
