Train 166, with CP 8908 and Eastern Maine 6403, are seen with an EB Stack passing the railfan area at Westfield, NY. I would ASSuME that they picked up the 6403 at Erie. It does look sparkling brandie new. CP 8804 was mid train. I saw the same two CP units at Deshler, Ohio on the 21st, WB just after dark on train 165.
