San Diego bound.

Amtrak California Surfliner, train 768 originated in San Luis Obispo, California. It has already visited LAUPT in Los Angeles and is passing through Norwalk/Santa Fe Springs commuter station. Ahead is the stop at Fullerton, after which it will enter the San Diego line. New power and equipment changes have made this kind of "train-set" symmetry much less likely.

Photographed by Ken Patton, April 27, 2012.
