NKP 759 High Iron Excursion - Scranton PA - 3

NKP 759 takes on water on the platform of the ex-DL&W Scranton station. Looks like the excursion should be permitted 35mph heading up the grade to the Poconos if 759 has the gumption pulling 20 or so passenger cars.
