Even though 2nd generation diesels were operating on the Erie Lackawanna by the mid-60s, venerable ex-Erie F3 in EL paint leads relatively new GP35 and U25B units trailed by a Geep of some sort. This westbound manifest in this Kodak Instamatic capture (looks like I was using the Vaseline filter!) is crossing Goodrich Rd on the west side of Owego.
