Westbound GTW Local Freight at East Lansing, MI

GTW 5810 (GP38AC) leads a moderately long freight (assuming the single unit makes this a local) across S. Harrison Rd. in East Lansing, MI. The westbound train will pass through the station and then cross the C&O's former Pere Marquette line from Detroit to Grand Rapids and Chicago (or to the car ferries at Ludington).
The buildings iun the background are part of Michigan State Univ. It would be hard for a station to be more convenient to a college campus.
