NJ Transit on Greenwood Lake/Boonton Line at Glen Ridge, NJ

MNCR 5178 (Comet IIB control cab) leads an eastbound NJ Transit into the former Erie Greenwood Lake branch station in Glen Ridge, NJ. I don't have a schedule from 1993 to verify the identify of this train, but I suspect it might have originated at Great Notch at the end of double track on this line after deadheading out from Hoboken. 3 cars seems too short for a thru train from Dover or points west. Today Great Notch is no longer a stop, but it is the end of the electrification that came with the Montclair connection in 2002 and there is still a small yard there, to the best of my knowledge.
