Is work continuing on the Franklin double tracking project or is this paused (perhaps due to the pandemic)? Looks to me like little progress has been made at this crossing - signal box and I'm guessing crossing gate have not been relocated to accommodate the 2nd track. Signals on gantry are still turned away from the track. Has 2nd track been layed west of this crossing? Thanks.

John, they have been working further down the line towards Franklin. If you go to the Park St bridge in Norfolk, there's a whole stretch of rail put down on the outbound side and the rail bridge over Acorn Place is being done over. Closer to Dean/Franklin Station there's another stretch of rail down also which can be seen from the bridge on Chestnut St.
