Early Days of Conrail - Rochester NYIn spring 1976, a westbound manifest with mostly PC 4 axle power plus an EL interloper works its way west leaving E Rochester NY, site of the former site of NYC's Despatch car shops that built a lot of Merchants Despatch Transportation (MDT) reefers. Coincidentally the PFE car head out is an old iced reefer.
