Odd bunch of locomotives at NYS&W Binghamton April '08 - 2

It looks like a P&W engine but the stencil under the cab window says its now a Susquehanna U23B (originally built for Conrail 1977). 2302 moved around a bit but I think it's still among the living having recently been owned by the Owego & Harford Railway 22 miles west of Binghamton. Of course, RJ Corman just took ownership of the OHRY...
