EL Baldwin switcher at Owego

Erie bought 4 of these BLW model DS44-750 in the summer of 1949 and here is #386 still wearing its as delivered livery 20 years later and 9 years after the EL merger. At least one of its siblings made it into EL gray/maroon/yellow and 2nd got the EL diamond treatment on the basic Erie scheme but I don't know what became of 386 (I,m guessing it didn't survive another 6 years to become part of the Conrail roster). Gotta love the poling pockets (this dangerous practice was generally stopped by the '60s - watch this short Youtube video at https://youtu.be/o7YK6ePUoIo)
