Not only were there two engines that came north to Concord, there were two sequentially numbered engines with both 353 and 354 pictured here. With about 50 geeps left on the roster, not an easy feat, but here they were switching by the Yard Tower.

Both engines served a purpose, and having two engines made the runaround a model of ease and time efficiency for the crew. 353 was set off on the crossover track, and put on the south end of the train, while 354 was tied to the north end, after some tank cars we spotted on the Team Track.

But wait there's more! Those 2 tank cars that were barely visible on the Shop Track Lead to the right needed to get to Tilton via New England Southern. One problem, NEGS' locomotive is in Burlington Vermont getting the once over and inspection by new owners, Vermont Railway. How did the tank cars get to Tilton?

It was Pan Am to the rescue ! The New England Southern Crew borrowed the 354 to deliver those 2 tank cars to 3M in Tilton. A Pan Am engine ran on New England Southern tracks,
