It's 3 months after C-Day and ex-LV GP38-2 720 (and siblings) has a new number and new diamond logo as seen sitting at Bevier St yard Binghamton on summer day. D&H ops have been extended to Buffalo and Potomac Yard so it was granted some of LV's relatively new EMDs.
