There's a break in the EL action at mp 236 Owego affording LV's Sayre to Binghamton turn hauling D&H interchange a chance to get on EL's good track. Head end brakeman is heading forward to line the hand-throw switches so the RS-2s can move out. Conrail is 7 years away.
