NCVA GP38-2 # 3813 and slug #813 sit in Ahoskie yard.NCVA's GP38-2CU #3813 and slug (part GE and part EMD) #813 sit on their siding in Ahoskie along with unit #3837 (not pictured) on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. It's obvious G&W hasn't spent a whole lot of money to freshen these paint jobs.
