Amtrak Train 174 At Kingston Interlocking

AMTK 640 (ACS-64) leads train 174 under the eastbound home signals at Kingston interlocking as it starts to prepare for its stop at Kingston Station about 1/2 mile ahead. Notice all eastbound signals are at stop. Track 2 is being completely rebuilt from Wolf Rock Road to Davisville and all trains are using track 1, so dispatcher does not have the luxury of leaving the signals pulled full time.
