The Class Unit heads west through Beacon Park, Boston

F-40 No. 200 has the lead job on the westbound Lake Shore Limited, as she heads off into the sun on this warm April day. The Boston skyline is well illuminated, with "The Pru" and Hancock towers towering over Back Bay.

Terrific capture from not that long ago! Sad to say but this scene can't be re-created anymore as there is no freight service into Boston now that CSX has re-trenched to Worcester. And Beacon Park has been decimated. Oh well...
