Great capture! Looks like a prosperous operation but a month later the destruction wrought by Hurricane Agnes in the Chemung River valley west of Elmira would lead to N&W jettisoning its arm's length Dereco subsidiary as EL declared bankruptcy. But as a long time EL fan, I choose to remember scenes like this from happier times.
