Westbount NYC Passenger Train at Lyons, NY

NYC 4017 (E7A) leads 2 E7B units, numbers long forgotten, on a westbound passenger train heading west out of Lyons, NY on a dreary morning sometime between 1966 and 1968. I am assuming this is a passenger train; all the headend business make it impossible to see far enough back into the mists to determine if there really are coaches back there. Note that the operator of the early hi-rail maintenance vehicle is out of his vehicle as the train passes. Photo was taken at the Leach Rd. crossing on the west side of Lyons.
