Symboled SPL-171, this is the NRHS excursion of July 23, 1988, which ran up the old West Shore line (CSX River Line to you kiddies) to Selkirk yard. The train is shown here coming through CP SK off the West Shore. B&A "Castleton cutoff" proceeds straight away in the distance.
