AMTK 642 Veterans Unit at Kingston Station Just After Sunset

AMTK 642, Amtrak's 'Salutes Our Veterans' ACS-64, leads train 167 into Kingston Station several minutes after sunset on Leap Day, running about 15 minutes late. Trackwork on the bridge in Mystic, CT has forced Amtrak to single track between Groton, CT and High Street in Westerly, RI. The schedule has been adjusted to avoid trains meeting on that stretch of track, but once one train is delayed elsewhere, it seems hard to get later trains through the detour undelayed
