Eclectic NYS&W power set at CP-BD Binghamton

A pair of the NYS&W's GP18s bracket an ex-B&LE F7 unit on a freight at CP-BD Binghamton.in the late '90s. For a short period in the mid to late '90s, NYS&W and TP&W were owned by Deleaware Otsego but in 1999, Rail America bought the TP&W and ultimately TP&W became part of the Genesee & Wyoming conglomerate. After about 48 years of ownership, NYS&W sold the GP18s to East Penn RR. The F7 ended up at the Grafton & Upton RR.
