A Susquehanna B40-8 partners with an NS C40-9 pulling a TOFC/COFC train east through Port Jervis in the fall of 1998. Train is crossing over from track 2 to 1 to run around a standing High Iron excursion train from Hoboken featuring double-headed NYS&W 2-8-2 142 and C&O 4-8-4 614.
