Amply powered NS 12T arrives Binghamton

A modest length NS 12T that originated at Allentown bound for Buffalo has just left CP-owned track to regain home rails west of CP-BD Binghamton. On its right is a string of Trinity 2 bay covered hoppers likely used to transport frac sand bound for Pennsyvania gas exploration (NY prohibits fracking).
